Terms of Service

1. What Performers Warehouse is

Performers Warehouse ("we", "the platform") matches live performers with venues, scores those matches, and drafts outreach emails the performer reviews and sends. We are a booking tool, not an agent, manager or employer. Agreements about performances, fees and dates are made directly between the performer and the venue.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the platform. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account was compromised. You must provide accurate information about your act; matches are only as good as your profile.

3. Fees

Joining is free. When a venue confirms a booking through the platform, the venue pays a flat platform fee based on the agreed performance rate, and the exact amount is shown before checkout. Performers on a paid plan pay no booking fee at all. Performers on the free plan pay half of the flat booking fee, split 50/50 with the venue, and nothing before a booking confirms. We never deduct a percentage from the performer's agreed rate, and the rate the venue agreed is the rate the performer is owed in full.

4. Outreach

Drafts are suggestions. You review, edit and send outreach from your own email account, and you are responsible for what you send and for complying with applicable email laws.

5. Acceptable use

No misrepresenting your act, no scraping the platform, no attempting to access other users' data, no using the venue book for anything other than booking your own performances.

6. Content

You own your profile content and grant us a license to display it on your dashboard and, if you publish it, on your public storefront page. You can unpublish your storefront at any time.

7. No warranty

The platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee bookings, venue responses, or the accuracy of venue information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the platform fees, if any, that you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Ending things

You can stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Questions: through your dashboard.
