What we collect

Your account details (name, email, password stored as a salted hash), your performer profile (genres, rates, venues played, links), your activity on the platform (matches, outreach drafts, bookings), and standard technical logs (IP address and browser info on sign-in, used for security).

What we use it for

To run the product: matching you with venues, drafting outreach, tracking your pipeline, and securing your account. Profile fields you choose to publish appear on your public storefront page. Rates are never shown publicly.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not send outreach on your behalf without your action.

Where it lives

The application is hosted on Heroku (US region); data is stored in our own encrypted-in-transit database with nightly backups kept on independent infrastructure. AI drafting, when enabled, sends the relevant profile and venue context to our AI provider to generate the draft and nothing more.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture to create and secure your account. If you additionally connect Google Calendar, we request availability-only access (the calendar.events.freebusy scope) for exactly one purpose: knowing when you are busy so bookings never double-book you. We receive busy time ranges only. We never see, request or store your event titles, descriptions, locations or guest lists, and no other user ever sees your calendar; venues are simply prevented from booking times you are busy.

Performers Warehouse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We never use Google user data for advertising, never sell it, never let humans read it except with your consent or for security and legal reasons, and never transfer it except as needed to provide the calendar feature. You can disconnect Google at any time from your dashboard, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; after you revoke access, our cached busy-time data is deleted automatically within 24 hours.

Cookies

One session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, unpublish your storefront, and sign out other devices from Settings at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us through the dashboard and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the platform before it takes effect.
